Stocks finished strongly, with the S&P 500 up +3.5%; every sector gained. That contributed to a healthy +7% first quarter, although not without volatility. Continued regulatory and government support righted the banking sector, while unexpected OPEC+ supply cuts led to a large spike in oil over the weekend.
